Jack has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer for over 7 years. His experience has led him to working with athletic populations across a multitude of sports and levels both privately and in organised professional teams. He has also had extensive experience training members of the general public in this time. Jack's's expertise revolves around return to play/end stage rehabilitation programming and coaching as well as Speed, Strength, Size and Power Development. Jakk is qualified with a Bachelor in Exercise Science and Human Movement as well as a certificate 3&4 in fitness. He is also a Level 2 Qualified Australian Strength and Conditioning Coach.
